The Cabarrus Arena will be bursting with excitement the weekend of your arrival! We want to make sure you find us as easily as possible!

DIRECTIONS

Cabarrus Arena & Events Center is located about 20 miles from downtown Charlotte at the intersection of NC Highway 49 and Old Airport Road in Concord, NC.

The NC Highway 49 and Old Airport Road intersection may be congested during some events. NC Highway 49 to Heglar Road to Old Airport Road is often a quicker route when coming to and leaving events.

PARKING

There is plenty of parking available for attendees. Parking costs $8.00 per car, which is collected by the Arena, not us. Parking attendants will only accept credit or debit cards—no cash.

Campers and recreational vehicles are not permitted in the general parking areas. Call the arena beforehand to make arrangements. This does not pertain to Dwellers that are apart of the event.

LAYOUT

Gold Hall

Gold Hall offers a unique environment like no other building on property. These two Gold Hall rooms are divided by a spacious hallway, sharing a restroom area in the middle. In addition, each Gold Hall room has a small carpeted foyer leading up to a glass door entrance, creating a very pleasant entrance into each room. These rooms host a variety of events such as trade shows, training classes and business conferences.

• Direct access via two roll-up doors per room

• Adjacent to the Midway

• Portable concession stand available

  The festival setup includes two halls inside GOLD HALL. Vendors and speakers will be housed in Hall 1 and builders in Hall 2. Outdoors, the MIDWAY, will showcase our van, bus and tiny builds. The Kids Area and Food Trucks will also be stationed along the outside.

  The overall layout will be convenient for restroom access and close to emergency personnel, should they be needed.

The Midway & Parking

On beautiful 11-acres, Midway is the ideal location! From hosting car shows, Special Olympics and festivals, to the Cabarrus County Fair.

• Fifty RV spaces with hook-ups for water, sewer, and electric services

FOOD

All guests will have access to the Concessions by both in-house catering and the Arena’s Preferred Vendor List. There will be traditional fare; burgers and chicken tenders as well as food trucks with meatless options.
